Thomas A. Carlson, M.D.
During his more than twenty years in practice, Dr. Carlson has developed
a reputation as a strong patient advocate. He really cares about his patients
and goes out of his way for them. He was a pioneer in Chicago in HIV Management.
Dr. Carlson graduated from Michigan State Medical School and did his
residency at Michael Reese Hospital. Dr. Carlson is board certified
in Internal Medicine.
He is on the faculty of Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine
and is on staff at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
He served as Medical Staff President of Michael Reese Hospital for two
years.
He
has an interest in Geriatrics, General Internal Medicine, and has a special
expertise in HIV care.
Dr. Carlson is an avid collector of contemporary art, some of which is
displayed in the office, and is an enthusiastic international traveler.
